Mr. Mancini has over 35 years of food service experience; in custom meats product development, innovation, marketing and sales. Mr. Mancini is always available to assist you with your product questions, price quotes, and product specifications.
Tru-Native Enterprises is family-owned and operated. Our family has a long history of supporting our military services, their members and military organizations. Ms. LittleChief's Parents visited and entertained service members of the 1st Aviation Brigade, the 173d Airborne Brigade and other units as part of USO shows during the Vietnam War era. We believe this is an important thing we do.
We also initiated an annual Scholarship Program named the Emily J.Prior Memorial Scholarship to further the careers of those in the food service industry. This scholarship will be financially supported 100% by Tru-Native Enterprise.

Michael "Chip" DiStasio has lived and worked in Seoul Korea since 1984. He began his own company as a representative for Nissan Motors until 1986, then worked for Miller Brewing Company as company director for special markets. In 1997, he setup and directed two start-up companies in Korea and currently owns a food supply company that supplies to the US Military in the Pacific Rim based out of Seoul. In addition, Michael has served on the Board of Governors for Seoul Foreign British School for the past eight years, where he served as chair for seven years. In March 2012, he received an MBE for the promotion of British education in Korea. Michael is also head of the Compliance Committee at the BCCK.

Mr. Richard Harsh ,CW3 USA, GS- 13 (Retired).

Mr. Harsh has over fifty years of performance serving military personnel worldwide. Twenty - four years of active duty service in the US Army in Army Food Service Operations, Class I Management and Army Food Program Management. Progressive food service positions from apprentice cook to the senior Army Food Adviser.
Twenty-three years of service in Federal Civil Service Food and Logistics operations. Senior Food Service Systems Analyst serving as Chief, Concepts, Policy & Systems Division, Chief, Prime Vendor Team, and
Mr. Michael Damico,SGM USA,GS -13 (Retired).
Deputy Director of Government Compliance.
Mr. Damico has a combined Fifty years of food operations experience with the US. military, federal, and commercial food service operations, including; dining facility operations, subsistence management, distribution, and warehousing, Army policy development, contracting operations.
During thirty years of active duty service with the U.S. Army, SGM (Retired) Damico served in food service management positions from cook to instructor to VII Corps Food Service Supervisor during Operation Desert Shield/ Storm and finished his career as the Senior Army Food Service Supervisor, at the U.S. Army Quartermaster Center & School, Ft Lee VA.
Mr. Damico is a two- war veteran, who served in both the Vietnam War

After retiring from active duty Mr. Damico continued to serve soldiers worldwide for fifteen years as US. Army civilian. He served as the; US. Army Installation Management Command Europe (IMCOM-E) Food Program Director; The Defense Logistics Agency-Europe’s Subsistence Prime Vendor Account Manager, and as a Food Service Systems Analyst at the Army Center of Excellence, Subsistence.
Mr. Damico has a Degree in Business from Saint Leo College in Florida, and is a graduate of the Department of the Army Management and Staff College, Fort Belvoir Virginia.
